Grant Forest Products Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries : Grant Alberta Inc. Grant Forest Products Sales Inc. Grant U.S. Holdings GP (the "Applicants") obtained an Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in Canada on June 25, 2009. Pursuant to the CCAA Order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed Monitor of the Applicants.
