North Star Manufacturing (London) Ltd. (the "Applicant") obtained an Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in Canada on January 20, 2010.
Pursuant to the CCAA Initial Order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed as Monitor of the Applicant.
